He reflects on the importance of our awareness of our present opportunity and the sacrifice that made it possible. Also, the urgency that we should have to find and follow our collective and individual purpose, on what being part of a "Team" truly means and handling triumph as well as tragedy.   Chief Wagasy motivates audiences to find their "fight" in life. He gives them specific tools to navigate through the mentally and emotionally challenging times to produce success and achieve their specific goals and dreams.
